About Me
About Me
Although the concept developed years prior, I started CS Global Development in New Mexico on August 10, 2016. Prior to that, I served 26 years in the United States Air Force in support of our great nation. Leadership and development are personal and ongoing development that transcends multiple platforms throughout my career journey. I joined the John Maxwell Team to continue my passion for developing today’s leaders and helping the growth and development of leaders in homes, churches, and businesses around the world.
My professional certifications include A. A. S. Information Resource Management, B. S. Organizational Management, and M. A. Psychology. I am also a certified D.I.S.C. Behavioral Analysis Consultant, Parenting and Family Coach, American Association of Christian Counselor, Military Resilience and Trauma Counselor, Mediation Consultant, and Train the Trainer Facilitator.
I was introduced to John Maxwell’s leadership concepts in 2004. I began integrating John’s teachings into my work, home, and church leadership roles. In 2008, when asked to find a leadership program for my organization in the United States Air Force, John Maxwell’s was the obvious choice. I had the opportunity to introduce and reacquaint new and seasoned leaders to John Maxwell’s leadership and team building principles and further our growth through weekly Maximum Impact teachings.
